BPA Quality has provided multi-lingual quality monitoring, mystery shopping, training and customer satisfaction services to global world-renowned brands from its headquarters in Devon since its inception 30 years ago. Originally in Honiton and now based in Exeter maintaining the strong local bonds it has forged is very important to BPA.
Being based in Devon has provided BPA with a strong pool of employees. Our talented multi-lingual workforce enjoy the mix of city and countryside in Devon and the amazing work/ life balance which comes with it. At the same time, advances in technological and transport connections enhance our ability to do deals around the world.
Our 200 team members are very active in their communities in Devon. Over the last three years the team have completed various physical challenges including the three peaks challenge to raise money for the Exeter Foundation and we have raised circa £10,000. We also are active supporters of Julian House and their work supporting the homeless of Exeter and Devon – we sponsored and provided many participants to 2018’s Big Sleep Out.
Our work for the mental health and overall wellbeing of our team members has been recognised within our industry and indeed was featured on the BBC Local News. We are also keen to work with local businesses and support the community we work in as having Exeter, Devon as our global HQ is a source of great pride.
