Devon tops quality of life survey

While we would be inclined to tell you repeatedly that Devon is the best place to be, we now have actual science to back it up. Well, maybe not science, but a report that contains actual research at least. According to The Guardian, Devon has topped the quality of life survey published by the Thriving Places Index. The report said that the “largely rural county provided more of the conditions necessary for well-being than any other authority in the country.”

We already knew that the beautiful beaches, rolling countryside and charming, quirky towns were enough to bring a smile to your face, but it is nice to have that grounded in fact!
